Wow, that's a good deal.

So, you got 10 hours free calls instead of 20 hours, then having another RM10 discount.  rclxms.gif

I'm still stick with the current VIP 10 although have received the upgrade call offer back in 30th October 2015.  whistling.gif

If they ever call again, you can always tell them you will not upgrade unless you are given this and that, bargaining power on your side. biggrin.gif

If the BTU is down, how do you guys report the fault to 100?
The IP phone is down too.

Sometimes I use my megaphone. Or handphone. or neighbours phone.

A little tip. If you have an unlimited call plan on your mobile, you may still be charged if you call 100 or a 1300 number. In cases like this you can reach TM at this number 03-22411290.

I upgraded to 30Mbps since their call in July 2015.

I'm now waiting for the call to upgrade to 50Mbps. rclxms.gif

didn't check with TM, but I didn't manage to get installed on high-rise.

My installation type is high-rise, some apartment, but the telephone line is not connected to the apartment exchange, no idea where is the line. sad.gif

the TM guys didn't want to install, because there is no telephone line to the apartment exchange,

is this covered by TM? i don't mind to pay TM in bill to setup the line, but the guy just call it off and cabut

Just received my 2nd month bill of unifi and apparently I'm charged with rm198 (rm210 with gst) instead of rm179.

Ok, i just called them and apparently they said it's normal billing rate for the 1st/2nd month with hypptv. Then it goes back to rm179 for 30mbps, anyone can comfirm this?

After seeing my own OCC, TM Wifi is listed in myservice and website like indicating TM wifi is bundled. Some forumers here say, no more TM WIFI.

https://www.tm.com.my/tmwifi/Pages/index.html
https://tm.com.my/#/explore

I clarified with TM call centre. Unlike VIP when TM Wifi was free for use and unlimited. Now the TM Wifi bundled has some form of restrictions (free access 30 mins a day and limited quota 500MB).

Summary: TM Wifi is bundled in with Unifi/streamyx, but not the same TM Wifi as VIP package. just FYI. But i doubt anyone will miss it.

Abysmal line quality these past few days. Even using VPN doesn't fix it.

Downloading from an FTP in the Netherlands only give me 20kB/s (usual speed 1,100kB/s). Some sites does not load at all. Facebook is facing the usual problems. Strangely, there is no problem at all with Youtube.

Singapore. There's also a VPN server in Malaysia, but I'm getting the same results.

I tried going to TM Center to apply for 50mbps but they said that speed is not available for apartments/high rise.

Anyone staying in apartment/condo with 50mbps?

Aiya, use your imagination. I don't want to corrupt your mind.  brows.gif

Normally if something wrong and claim warranty, TM will replace with another unit straight away. No need to wait. My STB replaced with new unit.

Just now just get a call from her,I asked the questions before I confirm to upgrade. Then she also give me ruby pack as well without change the price.
Means 30mbps+10 Hours call+Ruby pack=RM179
But just now Before I confirmed, she said that RM179 promotion price just only for 2 years,I am very worry about after 2 years price will change to the normal. Is it true?
After that I just confirmed it and wait after 3 days to upgrade to 30mbps.after that maybe if have problem on router,I will go to TM Point to change it.
I also saw at here that DIR-615 cannot get full speed right?I am worry about that because I also use DIR-615 as well.
