For those who encounter these issue, try call tm to reset your port. See issue solved or not.

Tried twice but no luck. However it barely happens and doesn't affect the way I use the internet. Not for the others who has extremely unstable connection though.

I recall a few months ago that I couldn't connect to wifi after the upgrade, that if 3 or more wireless devices were connected to the wireless simultaneously but not affecting the LAN. And turned out my DIR-615 router was the hindrance.

Ok, even though the order is updated as successful/completed, I can click the add button again. So I believe it does not work.

Will not get even you added it yourself. Only if TM offers you, you will get it.
Else, it won't work at all.

I recently upgraded from VIP20 to Unifi50 about a month or so. I too experiencing unstable connections as well sometimes and I think my speed still 20Mbps from various speed test whereas it should be 50Mbps right ? I have restarted my modem numerous times and it is still running at 20Mbps at max.

Hi, i wan to ask abt I have been finish my unifi contract and want to uograde to adv30 from vip5, can I keep the existing number? I'm wondering how is the procedure to upgrade to adv30? Thanks in advance.

You can keep the number. Wait for the TM sales team to call you, so that you can get better offer.

Yes, you can. I upgraded from VIP 5 to VIP 10 and now Advance 30.
If you want fast and take up the default package, can just walk in to the nearest TM Point.

From what I was told previously by the TM telemarketer, they offered 20 hours free call to all lines.

After the 20 free hours are finished, then only the call to TM home line will remain free.

Hi, for the free 1 year iflix subscription that comes with UniFi, any one knows what is our given iflix userid and password?

From my phone, I have tried to access the iflix Menu - Account - Edit Profile, but there was nothing shown (the screen is blank). Same for "Devices", is blank screen.
Anyone has this blank screen problem?

There is no login required, U only need to use the device/pc/laptop tat connected to ur unifi router. Just surf and you can watch ad.
