someone told me, the tele marketing people been calling people to upgrade to 30mbps for rm159 (price no change) for certain customer
i got a very bad deal on this |

didn't check with TM, but I didn't manage to get installed on high-rise.
My installation type is high-rise, some apartment, but the telephone line is not connected to the apartment exchange, no idea where is the line. the TM guys didn't want to install, because there is no telephone line to the apartment exchange, is this covered by TM? i don't mind to pay TM in bill to setup the line, but the guy just call it off and cabut |
