Can someone help?

I just recently upgraded to 30mbps but I'm only getting 9.50mbps max.
I'm using wired connection though wireless also giving the same speed.
All basic troubleshooting has been done like restarting router/modem.

i dont know when available
if my area got unifi but i looking VIP20
dont want 30mbps and 50mbps to much trouble unstable
so i prefer vip20 can apply ????

oh thanks! well, apparently my ip location is PJ but still it doesnt seems to work... btw, anaybody having trouble going to theverge website? i could access to this website for days

want to ask. im about to install Unifi next week. is this the box that they will pull the wire from?

Got a question.

Using Unifi 10mbps, noticed that internet speed was @ 1mbps max.

Decided to check the IP address after noticing it looked like a Streamyx IP.

Why is Unifi using "ADSLStreamyx"? Or am I just barking up the wrong tree?

Having issues loading Facebook/Instagram and Steam. Images on akamai is refusing to load and even sites like straitstimes.com are not loading. Called Unifi up and the problem's still persisting despite them resetting the port :/

Anyone else encountering the same problem?

unifi throttle my download speed whenever i download files from my seedbox server from 8pm onwards, why?

I thought I've seen this somewhere in Lowyat.

Hi all sifu, after upgrade to advance 30 (from VIP5), i found that the facebook photo cannot show as usual, need to click inside to view, very annoying, some website also cannot view.. such as gemfive.

From the previous post, seem like is unifi problem. any method to solve? Thanks ~~

I intent to subscribe unifi now, as the port is available now. BTW how do i subscribe to 30mbs. I look at TM Shop page but only VIP5,VIP10, VIP15 and no 30mbs

I currently subscribe Astro and sports is my main concern other than documentary and news channel. BTW i intent to keep astro and reduce it to smaller package just for wife to watch astro malay program
