I really don't understand why my desktop download speed slow than upload speed but the other gadget like iPad,laptop and handphones both side speed are very fast,I try to put DNS,do some research,also cannot resolve and I already ensure that no any application used for Wi-Fi in my desktop ...I am so annoy!Somebody know how to resolve it.

I test speed when nobody use also get this result(UniFi VIP5)

Recently I faced a problem,when I uploading my video to YouTube,TM stock router will restart on one time...I had also ask customer service to reset port but it still not work,I think maybe the line issue or router issue...and I had do a AP to improve wireless.Really don't know how to do now...

Just now I finally get a call from TM,and ask me to upgrade to advance plan (30mbps) with price RM 179 with free call 10 hours.But I need to consider and I also have question at here.
1)is it true that I can get 1 year warranty for anything that given by TM after upgrade to 30mbps?
2)after 2 years,will price changed to the normal price,since it is the promotion price that is RM179?
3)can I request for change my hypp tv STB because my one is too old already.
Then she give me one day to consider it.
Can somebody reply me please?

Normally if something wrong and claim warranty, TM will replace with another unit straight away. No need to wait. My STB replaced with new unit.

But just now Before I confirmed,she said that RM179 promotion price just only for 2 years,I am very worry about after 2 years price will change to the normal.Is it true?
After that I just confirmed it and wait after 3 days to upgrade to 30mbps.after that maybe if have problem on router,I will go to TM Point to change it.
I also saw at here that DIR-615 cannot get full speed right?I am worry about that because I also use DIR-615 as well.

I just hope that they not change or even lower down the price because I heard that after this we will have many offers for us.
Router really make a problem,currently don't have extra money to buy,maybe few months later,maybe I will try to change the router in TM point first,if problem still exists,very need to buy a new router,and currently I am use 2 router that is TM router to TP-link router or known as this router as access point to prevent drop down lines issues(that is not supported unifi).,but still useless because of when I upload video on YouTube,it will restart router itself at TM router,probably it is the router problem,so annoying

my one also,it (DIR-615) suddenly crashes when I upload many videos to youtube.Tomorrow technician will come and I will tell them I upload many videos and suddenly crashes and maybe they will changed for me.
BTW,may I request them from change good condition and old hypp tv STB to new STB?haha because my STB no android based and I want android based.
PS:Today I just got 30mbps then I straight away complaint angryly with them and open report to change router(because of upload problem and speed problem-it cannot full speed,just 20-22 mbps!

I also make a report about upload speed for unifi advanced 30,they are very funny and state that 5 Mbps is enough for upload instead of 10 but I still refuse it because I need that to upload videos on YouTube,but I don't care and ask them to make a report and see what happen tomorrow

Yesterday just get Asus RT-N12HP and I did a clean setting by put unifi username and set IPv6,but the problem that I met is it always drop line on mobile and cannot get a full speed or even less than 5mbps on mobile(I use unifi 30 Mbps).besides,wireless network also not stable,always drop line.
So what I want to do to resolve the problem?

I not do it right now but I will do it after Chinese New Year so you can give some guide.


And for all guys,I just get a reply call right now that all new upload speed will update before March,so I will understand what they do and I will wait for march

Credit limit mean if you don't pay you bill,they will count the bill until 507.
Let say your bill is 190 and you not pay it,they will put in next bill and ask you to pay.if you still don't pay until 507,they will potong your line until you pay.hope you can understand
