1) yes, 1 yr wrty renewed for your router n STB.
2) not sure but my VIP10 remained at the same price after 2 yrs has elapsed.
3) Nope, I asked 100 about changing STB also but they say no. You can always sabotage the STB n claim warranty.

Aiya, use your imagination. I don't want to corrupt your mind. 

Normally if something wrong and claim warranty, TM will replace with another unit straight away. No need to wait. My STB replaced with new unit.

i did ask TM 100 when i upgraded my unifi from VIP10 to unifi30mbps

1. yes, u will get 1 year warranty for the devices from ur upgrade date( modem, router, phone, set-up box)
2. the price will be same even after 2-years contract.
3. nope, if ur device is damaged/faulty then only can be replace.

Can I be offered with 30Mbps + 0 Hours call (Still have free call to TM homeline) + Ruby pack=RM169? 

Same monthly fee with my current VIP10? 

price will be diff after 2yrs... u might get RM179 for 50mbps..anyway , its RM10 only...dont really bother about it...as for router , a RM100+ asus router can solve the issue ... so its not a big problems

The router usually crashes (auto reboot) when the RAM is all used up and all, normally from too many simultaneous connections especially torrents.

haloo...make a report to tm, for sure ur upload will be upgrade. maybe not instantly but in one or two days. I did mine already. report on Saturday and get upgrade on sunday evening.  .

Sorry, but i don't get it. because i just subscribe to UNIFI 30 not more then 1 month ago. i thought i only need to pay for RM179+gst only monthly.. and its unlimited. Please don't tell me UNIFI got caping already.. Sorry to ask because its my first time paying my own internet service. Hope i can get some clarification here before i call UNIFI..
