Just now just get a call from her,I asked the questions before I confirm to upgrade.Then she also give me ruby pack as well without change the price.
Means 30mbps+10 Hours call+Ruby pack=RM179
But just now Before I confirmed,she said that RM179 promotion price just only for 2 years,I am very worry about after 2 years price will change to the normal.Is it true?
After that I just confirmed it and wait after 3 days to upgrade to 30mbps.after that maybe if have problem on router,I will go to TM Point to change it.
I also saw at here that DIR-615 cannot get full speed right?I am worry about that because I also use DIR-615 as well.

price will be diff after 2yrs... u might get RM179 for 50mbps..anyway , its RM10 only...dont really bother about it...as for router , a RM100+ asus router can solve the issue ... so its not a big problems laugh.gif

100 services is free call if not not mistaken...... not free is 1300, during that time, curse tm gao2 due to unifi need to call 1300 but streamyx just call 100... lucky now there unified their number to 100...

My advice, talk to the call centre. Ask a case to be logged. You can refer to the case id should no one gives you a callback. Just tell you are expecting a call from marketing, but till now, nothing.

100 number is unified. Once you press streamyx or unifi it routes to the appropriate 1300 number.

100 is definitely not free. I can't prove it but every time I dial 100, my bill is reflecting 1300 number.

Hey anyone encountering extremely unstable connection ? My internet speed varies by a big margin especially at night . Ridiculously slow speed . Been like this for a few months ever since I upgraded to 30 Mbps . All good when I was at 20. Contemplating to switch over to times 100mbps

I just hope that they not change or even lower down the price because I heard that after this we will have many offers for us.
Router really make a problem,currently don't have extra money to buy,maybe few months later,maybe I will try to change the router in TM point first,if problem still exists,very need to buy a new router,and currently I am use 2 router that is TM router to TP-link router or known as this router as access point to prevent drop down lines issues(that is not supported unifi).,but still useless because of when I upload video on YouTube,it will restart router itself at TM router,probably it is the router problem,so annoying

I do though, but not extremely, like a day or two in a week. Unstable connections usually occur during morning and late night.
