Voip is same like internet, auth n link must be up den only voip n internet will work.

Just call using your mobile, number should be 1300xxxx or 1800xxxx. Driving now can't help u find number.

Number is 1 300 888 123

That's the downside of it. However nowadays people have mobile phones to contact their alternative number. Otherwise, the other way is the traditional method of visiting a TM Point and lodge a report.

does unifi30 come with TM WIFI account?

Mine doesn't come with it. The callcentre specifically said Hypeflicks and TM WIFI will be removed. However, I get to maintained the RM20 voice calls.

My friend, did get his TM WIFI maintained but no free voice calls.

Not sure how TM is managing all these differences in package. hmm.gif


Best way to check is via the occ.unifi.my, the list of services will be shown there.

yes can, but mostly they capped at pole regarding the speed.

you will get 5mbps at parent home even ur id is 30mbps.

just got my connection fixed. turns out the connector for the fiber line was faulty, so the TM troubleshooter just did a change and it fixed the problem.

damn contractors give lousy parts.

Wow, that's a good deal.

So, you got 10 hours free calls instead of 20 hours, then having another RM10 discount. rclxms.gif

I'm still stick with the current VIP 10 although have received the upgrade call offer back in 30th October 2015. whistling.gif

free call & TM Wifi kinda useless to me. better gimme Adv 30 + Jumbo pack for RM179. Hypptv for my family to replace astro. While I just need internet
