I have cheat meals every single day, LOL... else I can't gain weight.
but the cheat meals are in morning and post workout.

hm..i have a question here... now i have been taking mass gain for some time... and now my BMI is normal... i want to know when should i switch to pure whey protein intake?? as i am not sure when to switch from mass gain to muscle mass....
expert pls guide....

you can stop mass gainer now. they are expensive and u can replicate by taking more carbo on your daily meals
Whey is good enough. Just make sure u continue to eat enough healthy meals to fuel your workout.

More importantly, maintain the momentum and consistency on your workout and focus on sculpting a more defined body.

Well, it works on me... since i reach my ideal weight.. been working very hard to get more defined shape. honestly, you need a lot of patient, hard work and consistency on food and workout.

Read online or even within lowyat forum... alot of info and experience shared by many on the nutrient intake part. biggrin.gif

oh yeah.... previously my weight fluctuate a lot.. 50-51.... now my weight fluctuate 55-54-53....
maybe i take another small bottle of mass gain to elevate till 56-57 then i guess is good time to change pure whey protein...
i have been looking around here for some time..keke...

My meal taking is quite ok rite ? proteins are good enough from those milk powders.....And i eat a lot @@
I dunno what to do now, still working out with body building, hopefully i can grow fat.

I am crazily too thin.....and i am crazy about weight gaining >.<

Currently 50kg 187cm >.<

Dun understand. My breakfast, before that, every morning i am sure i get a bowl of cereal(muesli), or a bowl of mee/wan tan mee, quite a lot of things - meat,vegetables,oil,pepper,carbohidrat, its quite balance. Maybe lunch that meal not quite balance, coz usually only Fried Mee,Rice...not balance, but i usually get balance nutrient during dinner time. My father is a good cook and he cook only healthy food (food becoming more n more tasteless - claiming that food shouldnt be too tasteful[he is a good cook but he reduce using ajinomoto/salt/black sauce and many more in order to get our body healthy nowadays])

For teatime, usually juz normal things, fried mee with a cup of milo...
Or supper....A cup of spirulina cereal drink....with some biscuits.

seems like gaining mass is on everyone's mind.

anyone have any good powders to share?
darkie? anything to share?

i cant find the time to eat 6 good meals a day due to classes. all i get is about 3 meals a day so im looking to a supplement to replace those missed out meals

I don't suggest weight gainers because of the price. Seriously you can make your own mass gainers with just whey protein powder. All you need is milk, some oats, peanut butter, etc.

Even a can of tuna in between meals is pretty feasible. Any form of protein will do.

I remember making a post about recipes for weight gainer shakes but i don't remmeber where it was.

i m planning to make weight gainer bars with
almond (50g) + walnut(50g) + honey + soy protein. just that i dunno if they are going to stick together or else its going to be nasty.

fyi i have lactose intolerence... tats y the soy came in tongue.gif
