erm..i dont know i gain muscle or fat...but i think its pretty much both...
aiya...gain little bit fat oso no problem lar....asalkan gain weight marr....haha

I actually workout 5-6 days a week...but this recent 3 months been busy...so i skipped the cardio days....
now i pump at the gym for 4 days a week only...only lifting weights...no cardio...
dont know why, for me i very easy gain weight....
just pump and eat, pump and eat...i eat about 6 eggs a day...egg white..and a lot of lean meat. and alot vege too sweat.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Maybe I think its coz im more to the fat type...i used to be fat 2 years back....88kg..until i joined the gym i lost about 16kg to 72...some of my frens cant even recognize me sweat.gif ...i maintained more or less at that weight for quite a long time...until recently only i no time to cardio so much....i gain back to bout 85kg now unsure.gif sweat.gif

think i shud start cutting that off again...my pants are tight again cry.gif

oats are good...
but i tak makan.... sweat.gif i think now there are those oat can straight away pour hot water inside then can eat edi...
normally i just eat cereals for breakfast only sweat.gif thumbup.gif

you always play football means use alot energy...then eat more rice or potatoes...maybe bananas....those food high in carbs...so you got energy play ball marr....when got energy play ball...then you wont burn so much muscle when exercising...

then you can exercise and at the same time gain weight lorr...

fourthly, work hard but not too hard! many people think working out more and spending more time at the gym will gain you more muscle but its wrong! my gym routine is only once a week cos i'm working... recommended gym frequency is around 2-3 times a week with each workout being intensive and last for 45mins max! cos after this period your testosterone level drops and your body enters the catabolic stage (muscle breaking down due to exhaustion)... if you train hard enuf you would be tired after the 45mins... enjoy your freetime as much as possible... play other sports, soak at the pool, chill out- these can contribute to the overall wellness and relieve any stress that you may hav!

i hav heaps of tips to give as i'm a gym maniac myself.. but havnt been to the gym as frequent hung-up with work... also other important exercise to take note is to do compound, free weight exercises which target a large area of muscles and develops those "accessories" muslce (not sure whats the right term) and you'll gain strength out of it!

finally you have to have the right mindset which you think you'll archieve at the end of the day.. give yourself a few months really work into that! aspire yourself to look like someone... it doesnt have to be perfect like brad pitt.. look yourself at the mirror every morning and b4 going to bed as long as you put in the effort with the correct mindset, you'll see the difference and how good it feels to have a great body! you'll feel different, you'll look good and you';; be more confident! ^^

erm, im not that good in explaining using those scientific terms but here goes....as far as i know oats reduces cholestrol level and its high in fiber while those nasi are very starchy with alot of fats, besides it provides energy too, a source of carbo....erm, im not really very sure about the nutrients so dont flame me...try google it....but what i know is, oats are good....with alot of benefits....try google it homey....sorry for the lame explanation sweat.gif sweat.gif
