I also lost 1kg last week due to sleeping disorder... I wonder why sleeping less causes the body weight to drop, ain't sleeping burn more calories??

i think if you are able to eat enough calorie, whey is just fine. some people can't gain weight despite eating until their stomach bloated, thereby they need weight gainer.

I have cheat meals every single day, LOL... else I can't gain weight. but the cheat meals are in morning and post workout.
