There is alot more recipe in bb.com. cheers

i never try appeton. during my study i drink Maximuscle.. gain from 52kg to 59kg. including workout..then i stop..
now..i using GNC...gain from 60kg to 63kg now..my height is 171..yes..u need to do workout...no short way though..

i drink maximuscle for around 8 months plus workout..then i stop nearly 1-2 year..
then i start to drink GNC for about 2 months now plus workout.. i can see some result..actually its not 60kg, its around 61kg.. now its maintain 63 to 63.5 kg.. now i try to get rid my extra fat at my abs..eheheh..
and dont rely only on supplement..

To think about just gaining weight, I used to be 173 and 49kg.
Now after if you called it gaining weight (fats more likely at the tummy) I am now 53/54kg... though.... Well, it's time for some protein intake.. and some exercise
