i drinks 1 litre of milk everyday with my other high calories diet got myself bodyweight increased by 1-2kg in a week

i think if you are able to eat enough calorie, whey is just fine.
some people can't gain weight despite eating until their stomach bloated, thereby they need weight gainer. |

my weight on 20jan2008 = 61kg weight as at today 11feb2008 =65kg. nice. |

one thing for sure the chest is slightly larger, but then so does the tummy too. the race bettwen tummy and chest who is bigger, tummy always wins first.
