Upper body concentrate more and leg press , little bit of squatting , hell yeah , ur leg will grow and until u cant buy decent pants cos ur waist is shrink but can't fit on the legs part . >.<
Its ok not doing mark rippetoe , just do split for ectomorph.Its still the best program anyway how , train squat and deadlift HEAVY for 1-2 months , increase ur CNS efficiency , and then do split , lol split makes my every part boom , it works man. All about CNS and how your body work in one.

Weight Gainers like TRUE MASS is more needed to gain weight or Whey protein like On 100% ???

why? you need more calories to gain weight, WG provide you the easy way to gain ADDITIONAL calories on top of your real food smile.gif
notice that it is additional only, means you still need real food smile.gif

i drinks 1 litre of milk everyday with my other high calories diet got myself bodyweight increased by 1-2kg in a week

i think if you are able to eat enough calorie, whey is just fine.
some people can't gain weight despite eating until their stomach bloated, thereby they need weight gainer.

my weight on 20jan2008 = 61kg
weight as at today 11feb2008 =65kg.

one thing for sure the chest is slightly larger, but then so does the tummy too. the race bettwen tummy and chest who is bigger, tummy always wins first.
