i disagree with PenangLaksa.
i think to gaining weight you must eat more food and still exercise.
swimming is good for exercise.

my current weight is 53kg after couple months of training from my original weight 48kg. squat, deadlift, bench press is essential if you want to gain weight.

For gaining weight, should take Appeton Weight Gain or GNC's Weight Gain product???

I'm thinking of taking one of it and do some workout...

any idea on this???

you should take gnc 2200 mass..1-2 servings a day with exercise...i believe youll gain weight...

choose GNC..eventhough it more expensive.. but the result is better..

i also take GNC plus workout.. now 63kg and ideal weight...yahoo....!!!

Eat proper diet containing a balance of proteins and fiber .....
don't go for fat it is not good for the body ....
do exercises regularly according to your body limits...

Oh noi, dun fall onto tat buddy.

Weight gainer consist of huge amt of CARBS and going to make u fat instead.

Milk difnately a better choice and add in some nuts for extra calories. Read more on how much calories that u got to consume a day and how to bulk. Too muych to learn, google ard buddy.

uhh not really.
cant swim that well.
just eat a lot smile.gif, work out a lot and most importantly dont skip out on cardio.


now i wanna try MAX OT training. trying to bulk up to 80 by year end biggrin.gif
