vegetarians....i hav no idea loh how since im carnivor....ahahahah...  i hate vegies~~ luv meat ^^ weights training did help to increase weights and at the same time giv some tone to ur body~~ i dunno lah if u want to gain weights no matter whether it is FAT @ muscle~ but i prefer the 2nd one  Chow.
