wah, the milk I drink really works. I am 46kg now, from 44 la. And some more I haven't drank it in a while

newbie gains, are TREMENDOUS huge if you eat correctly
10-15KG's in a SHORT period of time is not surprising (though I'm not promising it as all muscle)

Eating a lot of eggs i thought bad for health? Or is it because without the egg yolk dats why its safe? 1 liter of milk and 3 times a week? meaning wht.. u drink 1 liter of milk for 3 times a week is it.. wht meaning 2 hours per session?

Protein powder for mass gainer... Hmmm.. all i know, most of the bodybuilder love to mix their normal whey protein with oatmeal, big heap scoop of peanut butter, some olive oil and blend it with full cream milk .. this makes a good weight gainer protein (this is cy6ex's favorite protein shake).

Also, some men tend to have a very high metabolism and some don't. Some will gain pretty much weight when they do weight-lifting and some ppl will lose fat from weight-lifting. You will have to see which category are you in, so its easy for you to know type of food you will need to take.

honestly, you know what works best for me?
I know some of you guys are gonna shoot me for this, but I personally think......char koay teow, meggi goreng tambah telur, mcdonalds (double cheeseberger and spicy mcchicken) loads of KFC worked the best for me!

Then again, I do have pretty high metabolism.....so, yeah, not everybody shud try.

EDIT:And i KNOW a goon is gonna laugh at this statement like a childish teenager (I'm being sarcastic on the above statement btw, suddenly just rmbr'ed got idiots around here that don't get sarcasm..oo i hav to explain my sarcasm. How shallow these men are. Not aiming at anyoneeeeeeee)

to watch Milos Sarcev's Secret of The Pros dvds
concentrate about the nutritional part
very informative and neat stuff inside

be warn that it is 1:52, nearly two hours only on nutritional parts sweat.gif
and lotsa technical terms too
