Protein powder for mass gainer... Hmmm.. all i know, most of the bodybuilder love to mix their normal whey protein with oatmeal, big heap scoop of peanut butter, some olive oil and blend it with full cream milk .. this makes a good weight gainer protein (this is cy6ex's favorite protein shake).
Also, some men tend to have a very high metabolism and some don't. Some will gain pretty much weight when they do weight-lifting and some ppl will lose fat from weight-lifting. You will have to see which category are you in, so its easy for you to know type of food you will need to take. |
