I've done the fastest i could, 2months gain 8.5kg.

ok i eat rice for b'fast,rice for lunch,roti boom@ice cream for tea time,rice for dinner and burger special@chicken chop@rice for supper and Champion Nutrition Heavyweight gainer b4 bedtime.oh yes i do workout 3-4 times a week.but so far i only manage tu gain 2-2.5 kg per month.i wanna gain at least 4 kg a month but duno how cry.gif

dude, ur meal sound not so bad. pretty great anyway, however why u find difficult to gaining weight because of every individual hormone growth also a big deal for bulking size. tell u wat, if u can follow me, workout 6 days a week... hit "gao gao" meaning do it hardcore, lift heavy.. good luck man

Depends, if he is a intermediate/advanced weightlifter and has a good routine, it won't overtrain him. I'm sure nobody dares to squat and deadlift 6 times a day.

IMO, you should be taking milk. A glass will do. If you are still hungry, get an apple or some other fruits. Fiber fills your tummy.

Squat everyday? those who does 6 days a week routien is on body split. doing squats 6 times a week is not smart
