sorry to interrupt...

how to gain weight?my weight is only 60kg + 180cm height...too skinny i think?i dun like my body as well..

i have a problem here...i dun have 'selera' to eat..i eat when im hungry only..3meals per day...lunch,dinner,supper...always skip the breakfast...if i take breakfast...always sakit perut... sad.gif

anyone can suggest me anything dat can help me?

i dont have good tip for oatmeal. i just mix it iwth water and gulp it down.

u need to exercise to bulk. no exercise, eat only, get fat

im sportman actly..so,im not worry to workout 6times a week...but the problem is..i cant take proper meals...only lunch,dinner n supper...breakfast cant coz i will sakit perut later...

i was 161cm/48kg two week ago, i guess it's underweight also...

seriously, weight training does helps...i'm now 161cm and 50kg....provided that you do eat more with some supplement....

with exercise, to see progress it takes 3 months, and thats only a wee bit progress of weight gain. gaining weight is not a weekly or monthy progress thing, it takes years and determination. eating alone wont gain weight for u, u r only gaining fat, u have to do exercise
