Man you can safely drop that weight gain powder. Trust me you can make a weight gain shake yourself from whey protein and some other calorie-dense food, with quality much better than the weightgainer. And ya postWO shake with whey is mandatory if you are serious bout gaining mass. Whey, no casein protein.

Sorry please forgive my serious lack of knowledge.... But why would someone want to gain weight, fat but not muscle.... Is there a specific purpose to this? Mind to enlighten? Ermm... Or is it better looking to have more fat than muscle? Or is it solely for the purpose of gaining weight but nothing on the outlook? rclxub.gif

Truemass doesnt cut a crap.... Taste wise, weightgain wise, protein content wise.... Personally still prefer muscle juice from ultimate, RM230 for 19 servings, 1000+ kcal per serving, 55g of protein.
