This is a sign from god asking you to train to be a ninja! I am also like less than 50kgs and already 23 years old.
But I exercise la, high kicks, jumps and sprints. But I got nice abs wei hahaha....

I find it damn hard to gain weight because of my dengue fever last time. I use to be damn fat man when I was 8. If nasi lemak and Laksa really work I will eat it everyday!

Hey I found out something I missed out on gaining weight
Apparently, I went to the pharmacy today and was looking at weight gain products. Then this lady came to me and recommended me this milk powder.
She told me weight gain products right, you only consume it after you have finished your meal. I guess this was why it didn't work for me previously. I am going to give it another try to see the effect

Skinny boys like me got super high metabolic rate. That is why, we need to drink Weight Gain milk after every meal to balance the metabolism lor.

Sometimes it is hard for certain people go gain weight because they cannot take milk products. Like me, I can't drink milk because it will upset my stomach.
So, I must find alternatives that give me protein and calcium like Soya Bean milk

eat and excercise is the best way to gain weight.
I gained 1 kg after 2 weeks (3 times a week) of workout in the gym
I take appetton weight gain after each meal on the day i work out.
The workout I do is just go for Body Combat, dance and 2 classes of Body Pump.
Weight training is very important as it is meant to build bone mass which makes up most part of the density of your body.
