Can someone help clarify below statement for https://www.rhbgroup.com/s/EW1 cashback campaign?
"Each Eligible Cardholder can only win maximum two (2) times per Campaign Month." This phrase mean we can get cash back either Tier 1+2 or Tier 1/2 twice?

Scenario 1: What would be the cashback amount for that campaign month if Day 1 reload 533.35 and Day 2 reload 533.35?

Scenario 2: What would be the cashback amount for that campaign month if Day 1 reload 300 and Day 2 reload 533.35?

Today "someone" opened a RHB Maxsure account under my name. I saw when I logged into RHB Now earlier. Called customer service and they said it was opened today at RHB HQ.

I said I NEVER applied for any such account. Then the customer service person said it could have been opened as part of a bundle. I did apply and get the RHB Shell credit card approved.

Did anyone else experience this. RHB Maxsave account opened without authorization after applying for RHB credit card?

Just collected my card today, i applied for 3 card RHB VI, RHB VS and RHB Shell. Funny part is VI & VS approved but RHB Shell rejected 😅
Wording if now apply for additional card shell will it be rejected again

I think no need to pay, as the cashback is already posted to your account.

My interpretation of the 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1:
- Max RM80 + RM80 (you get tier 2 for both days)
- Min RM 0 + RM 0 (you get neither tier 1 nor tier 2 on both days)
- Anything in between : RM80 + RM15; RM80 + RM 0; RM 15 + RM80; RM 15 + RM15; RM 15 + RM0; RM0 + RM80; RM0 + RM15;

Scenario 2:
- Max RM15 + RM80 (you get tier 1 for day 1 and tier 2 for day 2)
- Min RM 0 + RM 0 (you get neither tier 1 nor tier 2 on both days)
- Anything in between : RM15 + RM15; RM15 + RM 0; RM 0 + RM15;

How about if I swipe RM 533.35 on the same day 2 times - would that mean I can get max of RM 80+RM80 as well?

Only if you win among the 80 users in tier 1 and 20 users in tier 2.

hello... got my shell visa today. like many many campaign going on. can someone share what are the campaigns? 18%, rm80, 0% BT? like a lot hor... 😅

add: eh i just saw the tnc for rm25 from. rm50 acquisition campaign sign up run from 1st April. I applied before 1st April. Any similar campaign before this 1st April? just want to check before I ask rhb.

I forgot that this card was already approved on 28th March. Just received SMS asking me to activate the card then only I remember lol.
As usual card is still nowhere to be seen, not a surprise as Seremban 2 branch is so slow and nobody calls me yet.

RHB never failed to disappoint me. Had bad experiences before and now facing it again. Applied shell visa but received an SMS the approved card is visa rewards. Asked my agent and he said I will receive both shell visa and visa rewards (he did this for commissions).

Called the call centre to check about that but the CS said he doesnt have access to check. CS asked me to wait until branch call me to collect my card. But again it’s already 7 working days since the approval but they are yet to call me. Great job RHB 🙄

Think from the positive angle, at least you got them to pick up your call.

I have activated my card and started using it, but the transactions don’t show up, be it online or in the app. However my credit limit decrease reflects my total spend.
