I have been using HSBC Amanah two years now, and recently Standard Chartered. Both show transactions immediately. I assumed the same

for some reason, cannot have both. it's either email or rhb site. once you switch to rhb site, you have to wait for the next statement. encountered this since 2 years ago when i first got the card.

My Shell Visa-i card was approved on 28th March but until today the branch hasn't called me for collection. Surprisingly, my call to CS at this hour was picked up instantly and CS will help to check with branch to know the status.. Already 10 working days without me realising.

yes, stick to email better, as online you won't know when the statement ready as they won't send any notification to u

Anyway, card has arrived in the branch (God knows since when) and CS said I can go and collect it at anytime. The branch never bothered to call me this time...

it's been a couple of years, so i barely recall how long it took from application to receiving the card. very sure it was over a month. but if i don't have a memory leak, a lot of time spent waiting for approval, so i'm impressed some of you got approved like a week or so.

RHB is good for real spending (non ewallets). every now and then, you get some unexpected cashback through some unknown campaigns.

Their CS and branch service are the worst. I swear to God I won't want to go Seremban 2 branch anymore unless I'm forced to. I was there to collect my card and was told no need to take queue no., waited 50 minutes for one staff to attend to me... That also she saw me helpless...

My branch here, the guard told me no need to get queue number.. but, the guard ask me straight to counter 6, then I just stand at the counter to queue.. I think that counter is for senior citizen/ priority queue counter.. so, I just wait they done with the customer in front, then my turn to collect card at the counter.. at least I no need to queue outside the bank to get number

The guard here also asked me to go to counter 7 and counter 7 was busy attending another customer, in front of me she shouted to the guard, since when I handle credit cards matters? Hello? In front of your customer? Seriously? Then counter 10 who was supposed to handle asked her to handle after her customer because she also had customers that time... So I was like a ball kena kick here and there.

So unprofessional.. that’s y nobody call u, coz none of them handle credit card.. 😅

Exactly. Until I got so pissed off and can see my face totally become red like tomato already, one of the counter staffs saw me and asked how can she help me.. At the end, she was the one helped me to get my CC.
