See if I will get the first RM30 in January 2019. If not, it is not too late to get 9xRM30 in January-March. Anyway I need to spend RM1500 on Online (including Bigpay which is excluded for the game) + RM1000 on Offline (including Boost) to get RM30+RM2 normal rebate in a statement month, so I estimate I will spend in more than 15 weeks, out of 21 weeks, though I can win in 9 weeks only.

IF you spent RM300 on Boost, then it is not a waste. You will get 0.2% rebate/reward, so if you intend to cash-out >RM1000 from Boost account, you still gain!
Boost is served by Maybank Malaysia. You can do it anytime in Thursday (and maybe on Friday), every week more than 1000 winners for old customers + a few hundred for new customers (PB - around 600 only), and there are 21 weeks for this round but each CC customer can get up to 9 weeks only. You can dump RM301 to Boost every Thursday-Friday in all the coming 16 weeks (though RHB will let you win 9 weeks only), you are not losing as you are getting 0.2% normal rebate/reward.

Sometimes I also had problems in reading RHB's T&C. Even I might have fully understood the T&C (various games since 2016) but I didn't get exactly what I planned, so there might be some "hidden clauses", lol.

Since Round 1 (March-June 2018), though not stated in T&C, I found that Bigpay (maybe under quasi-cash), Government transactions not winning the weekly promo CB.

You don't need to discontinue till you see the first CB, you are not losing something if you top up Boost (0.2% unlimited rebate) every week. You can reload every week though RHB will give you 9 X RM30 only. If you are holding VS/WM/SV, then you may use Boost/BP to boost your monthly spend to RM1000/RM2500/RM3500.

For me, it is not a matter of PB VS/QM, Maybank FCB VS, SC CB/JOP.

For my case I am holding VS, and if I don't have anything to spend in a statement month, then I spend RM1000 on Boost and RM1500 on Bigpay/Online (2% rebate) to get RM2+RM30 monthly CB. If I have done shopping (department/clothes) or entertainment, then I will spend on Bigpay/Online + Boost so to achieve >RM3500, and my shopping getting 6% (max RM30) + Entertainment getting 6% (max RM30) + Online getting 6% (max RM30) + 0.2% for others. 

Yes I got RM30 promo CB from my Boost top-up since September. If Boost is to be excluded, no problem for me, I still need to spend on Boost (to meet monthly spend RM1000/2500/3500), I can use other spending to win (just like Round 1). 

New application. I got mine in early Nov. Not to say impossible, but so fast 35k new applications meh?

Even so, they kept SMS me about the upto $270 contest. If not eligible, don't know SMS me for what. I guess I'll keep waiting until someone post about receiving the cash back for Nov.

Same. SMS la, email la. That's why our expert here say RHB campaign is confusing. I just didnt expect this confusing. But email and SMS say T&C applies, and T&C says $30 cash back is your entry form.
