I have my RHB Visa Signature since Aug 2013, hardly use it. Late July last year, I called to cancel the card, they call and tell me annual fee and government tax will be waived (can't remember need to swipe x times or not). Early this week, I called them again to cancel my card (only use < 3 times with very small amount for the last 12 months), and they told me my annual fee is already waived for the next 2 years (till 2017 ) and asked me to keep again.

Will be on a business trip soon, and expect to charge > RM20k to my credit for the upcoming trip. So, maybe will use this card for this trip since it offers unlimited 1% cashback for overseas and online transactions.

RHB signature Visa is giving 1% unlimited cash back for all overseas spending, so this promo is actually a bonus to me. Already get > RM120 cash back on overseas spending on statement just received.

Registered in Aug, charged ~RM8000 in 1st week of Sept, another RM4.5k by mid of month, hopefully can get max 300 cash back for Sept, or at least RM200.

Forex admin fees? Absorbed into expense report - so don't really care!

Received my RM300 cash back for charging > RM12000 to RHB credit card for overseas spending promo, this is ontop of the 1% cash back for any overseas spending. Not a bad deal. This is for the month of Sept'15.

Too bad my business trip ends on Sept 26. If I stayed for another week, then can get another RM200 cash back for the month of Oct'15.

I got the SMS from RHB yesterday (RM0.00 RHB Credi Card: Just for u! Consolidate RM300 spend weekly and stand to get up to RM270 CASHBACK. Ends 31/10! T&C@ www.rhbgroup.com/s/RHBAU). There is no instruction for registration, so not sure if I need to register to participate (I participated in previous campaign ended 30/6) . I also found the link above and submitted my registration, but haven't gotten any SMS confirmation yet.

Make my first RM300 transaction (on insurance payment) just now, let see if I get the cashback a month later.

Receive SMS a couple of days ago that I'll receive RM30 cashback, but not sure from which week.

Typically on which day the quota ran out? Still have chance if spend today?

My interpretation of the 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1:
- Max RM80 + RM80 (you get tier 2 for both days)
- Min RM 0 + RM 0 (you get neither tier 1 nor tier 2 on both days)
- Anything in between : RM80 + RM15; RM80 + RM 0; RM 15 + RM80; RM 15 + RM15; RM 15 + RM0; RM0 + RM80; RM0 + RM15;

Scenario 2:
- Max RM15 + RM80 (you get tier 1 for day 1 and tier 2 for day 2)
- Min RM 0 + RM 0 (you get neither tier 1 nor tier 2 on both days)
- Anything in between : RM15 + RM15; RM15 + RM 0; RM 0 + RM15;

got mine too, but was only doing RM500x2, so got RM150 instead of max RM160. Wasn't expecting to be the first 20 for both day, was expecting RM30 and hoping for RM90 (RM15 + RM75). No complain!

Still no SMS, looks like going to miss month 3 E-Wallet Cashback. Done 2 transactions at 12:00 midnight on May 27 and Jun 8.

Checked online statement - received RM95 cashback, not sure which day I missed the RM80 cashback and only receive RM15.

It's a miss for RM80. Both date were done within the first minutes, in fact SMS for TAC still has the time stamp of 23:59 for both transactions, that's why I wasn't sure which date I missed the first tier and had to settle for 2nd tier cashback

e-Wallet top-up excluded for this campaign.

Didn't get any even I top-up RM1,000 within the first minutes on 2 of the days! Can't even get Tier 1, seriously?

Tried to apply for Shell Visa card online (old RHB account link) but unsuccessful even though I've RHB Visa Signature and hire purchase with them, not sure why it was rejected straight away - first time in my life my credit card application was rejected

Quick question : Linking RHB Shell Visa card to Shell Asia apps and use Shell Asia apps for refuel - it should be considered as Petrol purchase (5%/8%/12%), not the other 2 categories (1%/2%/5% or 0.2%), right?

Confirmed! Payment through Shell Asia Apps not categorized as Shell Petrol spending.

Aug 9th and 17th paid through Shell Asia apps, while earlier 3 transactions done through pump terminal. Only the earlier 3 transactions received 12% cashback.

I've my cc saved in apps - not sure if it works without any payment methods setup in apps. But unlike Setel, still need to enter TAC when paying through Shell Asia apps with saved CC - done twice so far (and not getting cashback with RHB Shell CC ) and both transactions need to enter TAC.
