I also haven’t, ytd only email to advocacy with the report ID that I raised in September via live chat. But, I haven’t complaint to BNM yet

Never encounter this before lol, my agent helped me to get loan approved by looking for bank for me,
I was never physically there with the agent, only submitted all the docs that required to get my housing loan approved.

PB i just apply for quantum, i wanted lounge access but VI probably hard to get, I'm eyeing UOB PME, if it ever get approved perhaps i will try to get VI instead.

CC can be useful if you can control spending.

Customer advocacy replied email and promised the missing enhanced cashback will be credited into my next cc statement, look forward to check the statement few days later

missing the utility cashback 250 over 10 again. . For tnb app payment and tm unifi app payment. Last month due to pba. This month due to tnb? 253.3 total.

+Another 35.15 tnb ec bangsar also.

Izzit tnb payment we need to use card physically at tnb counter for cashback entitlement? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, it's entitled.
My Utility CB (TNB & Unifi) also missing for Oct '2025, and I had called twice for this, and just now that CS said will be credited into my Dec's statement along with the missing Sep's CB

me too, still got many logic wrong in the CB algorithm system.

the cashback for petrol is wrong, it just calculate 5% from rm100. while other is based on 3K percentage. and for petrol posting on statement date will bring forward next month CB?

Good, it seems the complaint need to be escalated to Customer Adovacy department to get it resolved. Normal channel of lodging with Customer Service won't work for this cashback issue

I have a question.

For those having RHB VS card, do you get cashback for Jompay transactions? RHB also revised the TnC for RHB Shell Card (so-called enhanced benefits) but the TnC for RHB VS remains unchanged.

The best is for you to retrieve the case number by calling Customer Service or Contact Centre. This will add more "meat" when you write-in to Customer Adovacy and later on, if need to escalate to BNM

normal customer service are useless , just escalate to them Customer Adovacy department with attached your affected CC credit card statements cash back issue and threaten them will report to BNM if this cashback issue not resolved
as they are scared of getting fined from BNM
no need waste time to report to normal customer service

I called cs but i request for report no, and report no is given.
