is ptptn payment or insurance payment not counted as qualifying trxn?
i did lazada top up 700, insurance 200, ptptn 100 but am missing cashback for online category

i have been missing cashback for utilities since the new tnc started
i missing any info? paying rm3000 via tnb and pump shell petrol every month only receive cashback for petrol rm30 but no cashback for utilities did i miss any information? no cashback for tnb? |

Settled in 7 days My technique write a nasty email (CS and Advocacy) in CAPITAL all the way to ask for the missing cashback chat with CS in the RHB app... also in capital |
