I have just applied with RinggitPlus and I found out that it needs more supporting documents than other bank CC. I think RP will submit today and see how long it will take for getting feedback from the bank.

I applied with RinggitPlus on the 8th and was sent to the bank the next day. I called CS this morning and was told that I would received news on my application either this week or next week. From the conversation with CS it would take up to 2 weeks to know for the result.

If there's a status 'pending' with credit limit amount and an account number. Would that means the card will be approved?

I called CS today, they suggested if too long pending don't just wait. They suggest can go to any branch to make query. If there's any issue with incomplete supporting documents, the branch can tell.

Morning - May I know the cashback is usually calculated based on posting date or transaction date? Say I did my transaction on 20th but posting date on 22nd Feb (and it is also the statement date). So the allocation of cashback is still base on this statement or coming statement in March?

I've just got my replacement for the world mastercard. I realised that whenever i tried to tap and pay, it doesn't goes trough regardless of any amount. When I pay with pin, i did went trough the payment. Anyone face this issue before?
