I got my RHB card a few years ago, just to support a local RHB branch.
A RHB's processing officer asked some funny questions (I can't remember what they asked) and requested some irrelevant documents, I asked her to check with local manager, "take it or leave it".   
(used to be their premier banking customer)

Send to your mailing address or self pickup at the branch of your choice?

Yesterday the agent did confirm with me on the branch that I want to do the self pickup.

Congrats, no need to spend time looking for cheap Petronas Giftcard, Petronas eVoucher and Setel credit now.
I still have a lot of Setel credit, PGC, PeV (Presto credit), Mesra reward and Hotlink reward (Free Petronas vouchers), I won't use the RHB-Shell CC to pump petrol in the next few months. 

So fast ya! I think I drop by to the branch itself better, so fast!

During the call for verification, I had specifically told the TSE that I'm only interested to apply for one and only one card; not other cards.
Hope they won't send extra cards bundled in the envelope during pick up at the designated branch. 

hmm so it's true must apply bundle ka? my officer didn't tell me until i asked about it.

I got this SMS on Monday. Unlikely RHB Kuching officer will call me to collect the new card this week.

Don't know, their system should have been upgraded now.

My case was more complicated. I got RHB CC (Travel Money) + Savings + Loan + Online banking about 15 years ago. Then I ended CC + Loan and Savings turned into dormant but not closed.

5 years ago, I got RHB VS, tried to use back the online banking ID (surprisingly still existed) but I already forgot the password. After struggling for a few months (no e-statement at that time) I still couldn't get back my online banking account. So I opened another Savings account at another branch, with a new ATM card I could reset and create another online banking ID (at ATM) and view my CC transactions.

anyone have issues adding rhb cc in petronas setel app?.mine keep decline with transaction did not pass all risk checks error.

Me too, received sms on monday 1.15pm. Still waiting for call.
Not sure how fast can the normal delivery reach the bank branch in sarawak.

How long does this shell card process?

Last week i receive whatsapp from the agent for the files, then erm i think wednesday someone call do verification.

But until today the application has not surface in my eccris

Petrol > not eligible. I guess can only do shopping in supermarket.
First transaction minimum RM50 > RM25 cashback.
Subsequent transaction minimum  RM50 > 10% cashback.
Next transaction > shell > 30% cashback until 31 July 2021 > need further details.

Mine not NTB, so target First transaction minimum RM50 > RM25 cashback only.
Hopefully eligible.
