most likely they have real human doing manual report calculations, then pump the rebates to eligible accounts.

maybe their projection is low, so cant justify budget to enhance the system to create auto-rebate calculation and crediting.

that's the "human" problem

anything that need human intervention is highly not recommended, especially dealing with money.

not to forget there is accountability issue as well (e.g. staff resigned, on sick/maternity leave, change dept/division, fraud, etc.)

but we dont know how RHB do this. just speculations

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd today introduced the RHB Dual Credit Cards, which are targeted to increase new customers card acquisition by 30% by the first quarter of 2019.
