We don't need as much protein  as we think we do. Something i found out much to my surprise from an Australian journal somewhere.

hehe smile.gif I might have to agree.
Mr.Malaysia Bodybuilding Championship 3rd junior category Under21 2012, Ahmad Faiz (Mr. Putrajaya 2012. Junior Above 70 kg) stated he takes 0.8g to 1g of protein per lbs of body weight. smile.gif

I just noticed on Dymatize Elite Whey's label that they are using GMO soy beans. Hmm. Anyone knows of other brands that does the same?

Check out SupplementReviews for Universal Nutrition's Atomic 7 bro! I get my reviews here, they're user-submitted so they shouldn't* be biased. icon_rolleyes.gif

Yesterday, i went to a basic health screening acupuncture to detect the health of each of my internal organ.. Syukur, everything are in good condition .cardiovascular, immune sytem, kidney, bladder system etc... but somehow, he detect that my liver might be a bit fatty, and the advisor also said, it is due to the supplement that i have taken for the past 2 years.
Do you guys know and can suggest to me... any type of herbs/vitamins/supplements that can support our liver function.. thanks in advance smile.gif

creatine helps drag water along with nutrients to your muscle cells, making the absorption of protein more efficient. some ppl may also experience gain in strength while some don't..

yes, you can.

Creatine aids in the production of ATP to provide your muscles with more energy, it's got nothing to do with nutrient uptake. The potential water retention that some people may experience is more of a harmless side effect.

Froze my tub of fish oil capsules to preserve freshness and prevent from rancidity. It's all opaque now.

Just wondering if the quality of the oil deteriorates from freezing?

They should still be fine. Looking opaque is just what happens when oil freezes, AFAIK.

Yeap. But there's one exception though. Apparently if the epa & dha content is higher than the normal oil, it won't freeze/turn opaque.

Anyway I was just concerned whether freezing will reduce or eliminate its efficacy, since heat will deteriorate the quality... Can't find a definitive answer online.

Creatine - help increase muscle torque (strength), improve endurance capacity, delay fatigue and help spare muscle fibers for increased strength gains.

Pre W/O booster/NO2- stimulant designed for temporary strength gains giving extreme energy & enhanced ur muscular endurance.

Better rely on good solid foods bro
