It's more than a creatine.
Works well and taste is great. Green sour apple yummsss and 80servings!

Drink it as/with your pre-workout and you're good to go!
If not, drink it intra-workout is fine too.

Only downside is that it has a green chemcial looking colour lol.

any idea where to get it around here? and what price u get for 80 servings tub.

I do not have any other pre workout, is it necessary to stack on for the effectiveness

How is it for post-workout.

Man, It's quite hard to look for Controlled Labs products from local.
Currently looking to get Green Magnitude.

I like Purple Wraath~ which only after about half tub of using it.
It doesn't do much for strength and endurance for me. I initially bought it for cardio purpose.
What really surprise me is how it help for muscle recovery after weight training.
For now, I prefer to take it early next morning than during workout.

I would give Scivation Xtend a try after PW run out.

BCAA, Fish Oil, Glutamine, GABA or Multivitamin.

If that so, why don't you add Creatine to your supplements stack. And after that maybe a pre w/o? Having a good workout do helps build muscles right?

Creatine is what I'm using currently - CL Green Mag
Not convinced on N.O. pre-workout yet, maybe later

btw, are bodybuilding brands fish oil and multivits different compare to those local found in markets / pharmacies

Thanks Dan, I'm actually thinking on that two judging on necessity

Trying the ones from local pharmacies first sounds like a . . . . drool.gif

About coffee, or caffeine, for those of you who take them as pre-workout, do you guys measure the dos of caffeine in them.

As I read from somewhere saying we would only respond for consumption of minimum dose of caffeine to be effective (3-4mg per kg bodyweight) in terms of improving workout.

I, on the other hand, while considering between Nutrex Muscle Infusion Black and Nutrabolic Isobolic, is more tempting bout which brand of coffee to get from supermarket lol

Been browsing around for pre-workout this 2 days. Ended up bought a pack of Boncafe expresso from Tesco today.

Gotta try this out.

Stick with Green Mag!
Otherwise maybe MuscleTech Creacore or maybe Beast Creature
Or just Creatine mono.

Bought Creacore today. Hope it goes well on me.

I've been used to take 3 scoops per day. Morning, post workout and before bed.

Just finished my first whey though, Dymatize Elite Whey. It is the cheapest in the market especially the 10lbs pack. Good value.

Going to give a try on Nutrabolic Isobolic next.
