what function for creatine?

second question, can take amino acid and glutamine in same time after workout?
*
creatine helps drag water along with nutrients to your muscle cells, making the absorption of protein more efficient. some ppl may also experience gain in strength while some don't..

yes, you can.

I'd describe myself as one of those people who haven't actively seen any strength gains from creatine, I've tried multiple brands but was never amazed.

I finally gave into the muscle-tech hype and decided to try Nitro-tech and immediately notice weekly progression in terms of strength. Could it be that a different type of creatine used in nitro-tech is giving me these gains? Surely, it can't be just because of the protein. Keeping in mind, I still have a tub full of creatine left (SAN) that I no longer take since I'm getting my dosage through Nitro.

I'm running out of Nitro-tech, and I'm considering either Dymatize Elite Whey, Combat Powder or another tub of Nitro.

Do you guys have any suggestions or should I still stick to the standard economic protein? Thanks.

On an additional note, where can I buy wristwraps? The ones for bench-press because I'm experiencing recurring wrist-pain as my bench increase; can't seem to find them on any stores.

i have to say. I too myself does not experience any strength gains through creatine. i guess its depends on person. however, nitro tech is really a great whey that gives me results in strength and muscle size and this i have to agree with you. guess you just have to stop spending money on creatine stuff and use them all on quality protein.

yea, especially we chinese ate a lot of carbs... like rice and noodles... basically, i don't have problems to hit my protein and carbs target... i'm an ectomorph, so 50% carbs, 35% protein and 15% fat... the one which make me headache is fat...

protein i can archive even without shakes, but during workout day i will take shakes for sure...

out of topic a bit...guess what, i slowly get sicked of hard boil eggs these few days... last night almost vommit when my tongue touch the egg york  blush.gif  is it necessary to eat the york aR?

i dont really rrecommend eating egg yolk.
reason 1: its makes you feel full and u cant eat anymore eggs. lets say u gonna eat 3 in a meal, i would only eat one or none cuz it makes me feel full like hell when i ate one.

reason 2: yes there are research shows that egg yolk contain selenium which is good for your health in many sense. you can google and find out. however, protein level is low in egg yolk. protein mostly can be found in egg white so why bother eating egg yolk when what u wanted most isnt the egg yolk. LOL. same situation like you wanna buy a new pair of socks but you're discussing whether need to buy the shoes also.

Is BCAA necessary??? If I have whey protein (which has BCAA), do i need BCAA??? There's 2 differing opinions : 1 says that it helps improve further ur training and people do see difference. Another is that they BCAA in whey is enough. No point in getting BCAA

Any input from you guys out there is greatly appreciated

Thanks

well i do notice with BCAA, muscle recovery and muscle soreness is reduced after workout.
compare with workout i did without BCAA, i can only say there is slight difference in terms of muscle fatigue, soreness. but in terms of money value, i think spend on whey or other natural protein source better la.
