How much does creatine help in long distance running?(>10km) Anyone tried using creatine + runs regularly too?

Smooth Banana, Berry Blast, Orange Dreamsicle.
how is the 3 flavours? good? no good?

trying different brands now. kind of bored with myofusion.

Creatine produces ATP which mostly being used in anerobic exercises (weightlifting, sprinting). Long distance? Does it help? I don't think so.

just tried new nitrotech cookies and cream.. with water.. 2 scoops with 10oz.. taste good actually, not too sweet. got real cookie bits..i think would taste better with milk or maybe less water.

I have a pina colda flavoured one from dyma, and it tasted sorta horrible. Mixing it with milk improves the flavour by a tad, but it still makes me shitbrix. But I think banana one should be alright. smile.gif

i ordered it anyway and i got it yesterday.

orange creme and berry blast tasted horrible shakehead.gif
banana is acceptable.
no more dymatize whey for now on.

i guess i`ll just stick to myofusion next time.

A stimulant free, pump preworkout supplement.
10/10 amazing pumps! Lemon drop flavour is pretty good, no complains.
Downside, might need 2 servings to get a really good pump making it expensive, but ingredients are top notch.

Purple Wraath
EAA supplement. I use this intraworkout.
Pretty good endurance and energy from this.
Purple Grape and Purple Lemonade flavour. Both taste good, but not the best. 7/10 taste.
Nice to use if training fasted.

EEFX Karbolyn
Carbohydrate supplement but not your usual maltodextrin, dextrose, waxy maize but a carb derived from potato, rice and corn.
Not a bad supplement. 1 servings gives you 50g of carbs. I use this in my preworkout drink especially in the morning before gym.
Orange shockwave taste good but nothing great. Tastes something like Tangs orange. But gets really boring.
Strawberry strike tastes fuarkkkiingg good. 11/10 taste!!

well then get a separate tub of BCAA? laugh.gif or take whey during workout..? Idk, since my whey comes with BCAA, quite stupid to buy BCAA tabs since I'm like taking 2 scoops per day.

it is a very subjective matter imho. Technically, it is a need but recent articles have proven otherwise.

You're both right, so no need to argue lol. Whey can replace bcaa preworkout. Fasted training merely means not spiking insulin sensitivity during the times you are not training.

Leangains guide has mentioned it already so chill.

That said, just go for xtend. Won't go wrong. I bought a 90 serving one last month and its probably gonna last me half a year
