2. Dymatize Micronized, any review?

okay then.. but i have read somewhere that whey protein can easily be absorbed by the body to build new muscle cells as compared to solid food.. but i think it doesn't matter because i'm fine with taking solid food compared to supplements

1. supermarkets? laugh.gif

2. I'm using it. smile.gif actually I wont really recommend it cos the mixibility is pretty bad although they claimed it to be micronized. It is seriously a pain in the ass to take during loading phase cos it is just like stuffing sand and water into your mouth. And it is not exactly flavourless, it is a bit bitter ish. But it is cheap stuff.

If you have a tip top diet, then maybe that protein supplements have quite an impact on your progress (meal timing, absorption and what not) but if you have just a good diet, it won't make much different. Stick to real foods.

General rule of thumb for protein consumption is 1g per 1lbs bodyweight. That means, 56 x 2.2 x 1 = your protein consumption.

Talking bout in-between workouts drink, reli wanna hear all u guys opinion. What actually u took in-between during ur workout day? I'll start 1st. Water smile.gif . I'm still new to BB so water is the safest bet. Saw many gym members shaking their shakers with diff colors which is not water alone. It's in yellow color & i don't know what it is. Even the trainer himself having one inside his fridge.

Stick with Green Mag!
Otherwise maybe MuscleTech Creacore or maybe Beast Creature
Or just Creatine mono.
