Blends have some casein.

Why not just get ON 100% Casein?

Thanks for the reply bro. Is it 100% casein is better than whey protein (assuming both are the same brand). I read somewhere from bbuilding forums where they discussed bout protein. Thanks.

So the best bet is to buy combination of whey & casein in a tub rite? What brands got such combination? Thanks.

Protein blends dude. Examples are like Optimum Nutrition's Nitro-Core 24, or BSN's Syntha-6, there are others out there as well, just need to look.

I would add up a few meal if i were you. Really need mass gainer supplement then take a look at cytogainer.
*
Thanks for the recommendation bro but due to my job at office & my seniors is around, i can't just go out & take a meal break every 3 hours. Hope u understand sweat.gif

I know nothing compares to solid food & i won't use mass gainers if i had a choice.

do you spend most of the day at your desk? pack meals that don't have strong aroma (like tuna...bad choice btw) and eat them at your desk like i do. as long as it doesn't interfere with your work or (heaven forbid) go against company policy, you should care less about what your colleagues think.

you can also pack 1 cup almonds and call it a meal. that's 800kcal and about 30g protein and it's crunchy.
*
Wow. Never tot of almonds. Only oatmeal comes to my mind if i needed a quick meal. I think i can eat & work at my desk IF my manager is not around. I don't care bout seniors though. Thanks for the info man icon_rolleyes.gif

oh, thank for the information,
i have problem, my muscle cant long lasting, no have enough enegry for muscle to pump, but i not tired during workout, creatine can help my problem?

creatine is same like hemo rage? hyper fx? neurocore preworkout supplement?
*
Creatine - help increase muscle torque (strength), improve endurance capacity, delay fatigue and help spare muscle fibers for increased strength gains.

Pre W/O booster/NO2- stimulant designed for temporary strength gains giving extreme energy & enhanced ur muscular endurance.

Better rely on good solid foods bro

Hey guys, i have formed a supplement:

Pre workout: MusclePharm Assault
During Workout: Scivation X tend (Amino Acid)
Post Workout: ON Gold Standard Whey Protein
Did i missed anything out? Thanks
*
Talking bout in-between workouts drink, reli wanna hear all u guys opinion. What actually u took in-between during ur workout day? I'll start 1st. Water smile.gif . I'm still new to BB so water is the safest bet. Saw many gym members shaking their shakers with diff colors which is not water alone. It's in yellow color & i don't know what it is. Even the trainer himself having one inside his fridge.

I personally never tried Scivation Xtend before but that is the only intra workout recommended drink so far. Taste depends on individual as some like it & some don't. Gud luck man.
