hi, i alif, 19years old, 70kg and 175cm.

i need suggestion supplement for begginer bodybuilder, and how to take?
whey protein? fishoil? multivitamins? glutimen? creatine?

i have problem, my muscle cant long lasting, no have enough enegry for muscle to pump, but i not tired during workout, creatine can help my problem?

creatine is same like hemo rage? hyper fx? neurocore preworkout supplement?

Have have one more question, what the best time to take whey protein shake?
For post work need to wait 30minute and drink protein or just drink immediately after workout?
