Best BCAA you tried?

My vote goes to GAT Muscle Martini.

But its too expensive for low number of servings.

Im in this BB for less than 2 years... Well, i can see u did use some supplement back then..

How long u've been in this bb-ing? I guess, it's been quite some time right..

I saw your pic in the previous thread. when you consume MHP Dark and Myo Pro? And that musclemed carniv.?

make a mistake... MHP dark matter purchase wrongly.. I tot is a glutamine =="

well it's ok.

So currently, i had 4 shakes per day. I'll list the the time i take in my supplement

930am - Myo Pro + ON Glutamine + Anavite
330am - Myo Pro + ON Glutamine
530pm - Animal cut (only one pak per day)
900pm - Carni + ON Glutamine + Anavite (Gonna replace with Animal Pak)
113pm - Carni + ON Glutamine

Now MHP Matter comes in ==" So maybe 9pm gonna take MHP + Glutamine. This is just a plan. Im on cutting period. Duno is it a good idea to take in MHP now.

Anyone can guide?

First time use, my Strength elevated by 30%. I able to break my plateau.

30% is damn a lot leh bro, if u bench 100kg max you could bench 130kg with the supp lol.

Yes, no kidding.. I also surprise..
The protocol is:
30M Before -> Mp Assult
15M Before -> 1 sev Xtend
During -> Sipping 1 sev Xtend.

I was wondering about MP Assault, read so many good reviews about it. Is it really that good? how would u compare it to other pre w/o?

I Just share my experience and you already read a good review about it rite.
I have use NO-explode, Jack3d, and this. By far this is the best stack for me.

I'm on Controlled Labs Purple Wraath as my intraworkout. But I guess it can't really compare to Xtend? The former is EAAs, the latter is BCAAs?

Dude, that's a huge increase...
Anyways, where do you get your supps? Especially MP stuff.

I'm just sticking to whey and creatine for now and maybe get deeper into the supps if I hit a wall.

The taste. And probiotics are supposed to be good for you. In what way, I have no idea cause I CBF to read up about them since the price is more or less the same.

And any regular creatine mono will do the trick. I use EGO's creatine mono since it's the cheapest.

Animal Cut sounds really good. I said 'sound'. Anyone here using that care to share? Really as effictive as they say it is ? I'm looking to get more ripped now, got some excess fat at my stomach and around it which I want to eliminate so i can see my abs. Currently going on low carbs but if this things works i'm willing to give it a try too.
