meaning paypal-amex cannot use to pay maxis bill huh? wat if only amex in ur paypal? terus tak boleh lo? coz cannot change to visa/mc automatically also.

Amex is only allowed for foreign currency. Paypal only has approval to charge in MYR for Visa and Mastercard.

i've already stated in earlier post about this.

once i tried the registration in the maxis portal, it will tell it's successful.
but i cant see the info from the portal (not sure whether i actually shud be able to see it)
receive sms say auto-debit is successful
called CS to clarify, ding ding dong dong, say amex cannot register as pay by phone
asked them to cancel the auto-debit by amex

As long the shop accepts installment for Maybank, then all cards issued can be used. Except for Amex that only some special places got installment.

SenQ or Sen Heng definitely can use installment

For Visa/Mastercard, the EPP is easier to find. For AMEX, it's more challenging. That's why I wanted to confirm with JonnY if he wants EPP with Visa/Mastercard or with AMEX.

confirmed this..I already tried to use Paypal by Amex for MYR payment..but no..paypal won't allowed..talked with paypal CS...they said AMEX did not support MYR for Paypal

just had my card last july....and then when call Call Center to ask my card account details (ask for outstanding fee) last 2 day...i simply said can raise my credit limit? then they guy said, how much u want... i said 10k...

then today...limit change edi...with no document to submit what so ever...lol....

is it easy to get the maybank 2 gold card for a fresh grad with no loan or watsoever? my gross salary is around 2.2k per month after epf and sosco those, not yet count allowance.. need the car for petrol those so can start collect points.

Well, if you have RM 2.5k gross (add fixed allowances - if any) every month, you can apply for this card.

oh ya nett sorry my 2.5k is not yet deduct epf.. deduct edi don have >< but my allowance abit hard to calculate.. cos my company release cash advance for me for my outstation allowance, and i outstation for 3months from early jan to early april, so pay slip inside i think they wont say so specific how much allowance they give and how much cash advance they give and they deduct tis tat and in the end i got this much actually right? cos my jan to april pay slip never say anything about the cash advance, but i only submit my allowance claim form when i back from outstation la.. does those allowance will be considered when i show them my approved expense claim form or something like tat? They will normally interview you one right?

As long as your salary has 2.5k (before deduction) then can apply already.

oh kk thanks dunno ma, maybe tomorrow i go prepare my epf statement, 3 month payslip and documents and go submit at maybank branch summore need the card if suddenly company ask me go outstation but they did not give me cash advance, no credit card how i gonna book my accomodation and transportation at a sudden, tho i really need to control myself in using it to buy things i don need

What i meant was the amex not shown on senQ EPP. Only other visa/mc cards from maybank.

@ben3003 use your offer letter to backup your salary claim. By right, our labour act requires employers to itemise deductions inside a payslip.

You can show them the expense claim form and show them which amount it corresponds to on your payslip.

My company's claims and pay are separate, so it's less of an issue.

oh kk.. so if offer letter put rm2500 include COLA, is normally not an issue right?
