COLA = cost of living allowance?
As long as the RM2500 is your gross income, you can apply.

QUOTE(MYstombox @ Apr 20 2012, 06:46 AM) Just to add, I think Harvey Norman do allow installment plan with AMEX. Anyway, MBB 2 cards comes with Visa or MC so no problems getting 0% installment plans with many merchants. |

QUOTE(David83 @ Apr 19 2012, 11:23 PM) For Visa/Mastercard, the EPP is easier to find. For AMEX, it's more challenging. That's why I wanted to confirm with JonnY if he wants EPP with Visa/Mastercard or with AMEX. Well, my brother get a note with celcom package and swipe with visa platinum. Then call to MBB and ask convert to installment but they said they can't do that and don't provide that.I remember few years ago ( > 5 yrs) my brother use card swipe to buy a digital camera but need to call and ask for 0%EPP. QUOTE(ben3003 @ Apr 20 2012, 08:34 AM) yeah COLA is that As long as your payslip stated RM2.5k and epf statement same as epf deduction on your payslip then can apply liaw. I tried few times to apply last year by MBB branch in my area and total fail. Then last week I straight call MBB call center and they appoint 1 agent for my application. That agent very nice and help me with the application and I success within 2 days. Just received my card 3 days ago. My payslip is printed version and she said hard to apply unless using carbonize payslip. Then she ask me for epf statement and offer letter. |

On the way, if you want to convert a swipe to installment plan, MBB got it and it's called EPP+, there's some charges on involved. QUOTE(JonnY @ Apr 20 2012, 09:49 AM) Of course. The merchant must have the terminal the collaborated bank. For instance, if you want to buy an item using EPP with MBB CC, the merchant must have a supporting terminal from MBB in order to convert your swipe to EPP. EPP happens during the point of sale and not after the swipe. |

Yes you can email them.
Call the hotline and tell them u want to increase the limit. Once done, then ask them for email. Scan ur payslip and cross it out so that only MBB can use it to increase ur limit. Then should be done. |

Ah ha, time really flies. Just checked my M2U and I'm being charged with GST for my VISA. First anniversary. Gonna call Maybank CS later to redeem my 10k TP to offset against it. One year has gone, I'm still loving this card.

Got me confused for a bit there...On the product disclosure, it doesn't say anything about 'first time'? I think he got confused with 'Tier': QUOTE What are the fees and charges I have to pay? Annual fee: Lifetime fee waiver Cash advance fee: 5% of amount withdrawn or RM10, whichever Finance charge (Retail transaction) Tier 1: 8.88% (for prompt repayment of 12/12 months & new customers Tier 2: 16% (for prompt repayment of 10/12 months) Tier 3: 17.5% (for prompt repayment of less than 10/12 months) |
