If you read back the earlier post, I guess they didn't talk about GST. It was about the installment service charge fees.

Nope. I total up all the cards. My GST only deduct 5-7k TP, not 10k TP.

can share to me how u request to do that? mine GST going to impose next month. many thanks

There is no secret formula. Just call.
My issue is, I don't know if they deduct wrong (less, which is good for me) or they purposely give me some discount, i.e. half-GST only. I did not request for it at all. I'm fine also if they deduct 10k TP, as per what I request over the phone call to CS.

Therefore, I'll let the bank audit themselves internally or externally.
