Freetransgressor, certainly we want to hear from osk , and give them a chance to explain the details to us and address our concerns. We should be writing in as a big group as well, as big as we can be is this short space of time.

With such deviation from ambitious masterplan project theyare downgradin themselves from grade a/b deeloper to a grade c lol...overpromise and underdeliver...typical snake oil salesmen style.

Feel sorry to hear about the change of the master plan.

In deed, as a visionary and responsible company, CREDIBILITY and INTEGRITY are the main values so that the company can continue to grow further and continued successful in long run. OSK Property certainly have lost these 2 great values if they fail to deliver what is being promised to the home owners. Wonder what are the company core values in OSKP.

To OSK Leader - u may need 10 years or longer time to build the company's credibility, but u only need 1 day to easily destroy the company's reputation.

We invest according to master plan but they change it without noticefy us! OSK cannot be trust next time won't invest again in their property

I understand the lament here in this forum about how a reputable developer become so greedy trying to maximise their profits by building more apartments making the whole plan looked so dense and competitive to existing investors. But really you all need to write in to developer to add more pressure to answer our concerns. Otherwise, what's the point of complaining here? Have you all write in to demand an answer?

The more emails from individual buyers sent to them, the more pressure for them to address this. The buyers group formation is a good idea but before this is concrete, you all can act as an individual to write in to OSKP Sales & Marketing Manager, Mr Lim Kian Hock at kianhock.lim@oskp.com.my. Another name you can reach is his Assistant General Manager, Mr Chee Kok Keong.

If you need help on the letter or email content, I may draft a standard one. They should be worried if our angst become public and consumer tribunal, media or lawyers are involved.

Pangea was one of the most anticipated mega development in Cyberjaya, so sad to know about this. Buyers should make effort to seek justice on this!

Hi Freetransgressor,

I have wrote an email to Mr.Chee this is his answer:-

I noted on your concern. We are in midst of exploring the best option in terms of development composition in particularly for phase 5. All components within the mixed development will be maintained for phase 5 including hotel, lifestyle retail, office and communal park........

They still not understanding that what we concern are the changing of the master plan will affect the traffic of that property and the living environment also be very difference.....
