What I worry is when the building ready lots of owner rent it to African, this happen in my domain 3 investment all the comment facility and lift spoil and the value of the building now decrease due to the bad maintenance........ Sell cheap also no one there to buy...

U can go and check yourself if u free.... Keep on complain to the management no action been taken and no reply from them... So I not paying maintenance fees anymore |
