To be honest, Cyberjaya is a really nice place to live in. Lush greeneries, systematic and well planned township, wide roads and good supporting facilities.

The only problem:
a) far from city centre
b) it's not cheap at all
c) it's not heavily populated

Of course, I'm referring to the landed properties, that would be ideal.

Apparently, Phase 3, Eclipse Residence, is coming up soon. Nice!

Correct, It is definitely going to bloom, they have

1. Accessibility ; going KLCC from MEX, going LDP to sunway, near to Airport.
2. All GDC - global delivery center
3. Coming up shopping mall - meaning working individuals does not required to go IOI, Alamanda for movie and shopping.
4. Bigger roads and better facilities with no old houses.

Something to concern is definitely the things like

1. Willingness to open up pubs and selling of pork. (important for lifestyle required at night)
2. Time( required long holding power as current may oversupply)

My concern, still same, the totally development land looks really small, i wonder how to cater so many developments, especially the mall.

Is there any show unit for eclipse? or the show unit at on site?
*
The after sales service is terrible.. I call the sales and marketing team about my referral fee, until now also havent get back to me. I have sign the S&P for a year. Now still receiving sms on referral fee for eclipse. I can believe such a big property company has such a bad after sale service.

You refer someone or someone referred you? If its the former, then it will depend on the date the person that you are referring sign the S&P and also his/her 1st payment. If its the later, then they have no obligations to update you on it, as they are suppose to only update the person that has referred you.
*
I am the refer because the other unit that was bought is my family member. Both S&P was sign together and loan approve for guess more than 6 months already. I called the showunit number and they divert me to OSK sale and marketing team, but everyone state after loan disbursed.. but i already receive loan payment slips. After that he told me a month should be disbursed and now its already a month. Calling in and customer service state that everyone is busy and asked for a call back. No ppl ever call back.. Sad la.. Don't they have proper tracking procedure. Any other ppl having same issue as me?

Just to clarify, the referral fee will be disbursed within 3 months from the date of your referral's 1st loan drawdown/payment.
*
Yeah. Understood that. That is what i am trying to find out but issue is the developer seems like no proper tracking on this.

without hotel and office block, it is not basically qualify as fully integrated development. If that is the case, the price per sqft cannot be that high as this would be a normal development, no difference from gem mall beside, which has residence and mall.. disappointed.

There goes the boutique hotel..... cry.gif
Don't think we can do anything, in terms of forcing them to reverse their decision on the residential suites and build the hotel instead, since the brochure is just a 'proposal'. Not stated in our S&P for sure. All we can do is highlight our misery and enlighten potential buyers of OSK products?
*
Damn lo... kena con kao kao like that. No 5 star hotel, no office block, new block price even cheaper... ppl buy at mutiara also same.. got mall got residence.. some more i see basketball court. i think this one need really stay hotel d, not sure when can get returns. haha..

Do you want to lead the revolution? I'm sure many of us here will support. Anyone knows the right channel to go about this? To whom do we complain and voice our dissatisfaction?
*
I support!! i already lodge a complain at osk customer care, but i am just a small potato. need someone to lead the revolution.

Really disappointment.. actually last time it did happen once, as while i am doing research on the mall and wish to know how big is the mall.. initially it is stated at 500,000 sqft. However, few month after a new review came out stated 350,000 sqft. It is a 150,000 sqft different, which i went to the small land that pangaea is situated. i really wonder, if they change it due to space concern or other cost related issue?

Solstice + paragon + eclipse if fully sold should have at least 1832 owner, enough to crush the whole OSK show room d la, but i wonder where are the peeps. I afraid they are still cover in the dark.
