Actually I saw there is a great harassment for OSK in Lowyat Forum. They invest so much money to advertise their development here, but once you proceed into the thread about this development, all are about the COMPLAINTS for the developer. The negative latent energy is totally override the positive side.

It is recommended that OSK should deploy some staffs to cater the enquiries raised up here.

ya, the design is decent indeed. That is the reason I booked a paragon unit. May I know when is the completion date Paragon? According to the photo illustration and progressive letter, it seem like need not to wait until the end of next year. Any idea?

However the shopping complex and office towers seem like no progress until now. I just worry will if the project start too late after the move in of Paragon and Solstice, it might bring the noisy and dusty problem to the new residents.

Any people can give the input about it?

Finally I found u . I have booked paragon unit as well . and has the same concern with you.
Please keep in touch , we might issue LAD letter to developer if there is a delay as per S&P completion date, else we will get charges on the unnecessary fees. (but i have no experience on this sad.gif ) hence for help from Taikor here..  cry.gif

Tamarind? the name sounds weird in Cantanoese. haha

Haha, between I like the conceptual design of Pangeae, at least its SOHOs are seem like "stay-able office lot", not like the others development, the so called SOHO, SOFO, SOVO, no matter which angle you view them, it is actually just a residential unit but bear on the name of home OFFICE.

WTH!!

OSK you charge us a premium high price with the selling point to say that the mixed development comes with the hotel and corporate tower office, now you change the plan suddenly!!

It is exactly a marketing scam!! Don't foolish the buyers, if you tell the world initially to say the development didn't come with hotel and corporate office, do you think buyer willing to buy with such a high premium price!!

This is the time we have to show our power and hanging the protest banner nearby their sales office!

Whether the market is oversupply or not is not the main concern. The main concern is the developer uses the hotel and corporate office to fish the buyer for subscribing their units with high premium price is a truth.

Now they withdraw them at the end, what does it meant? You are trying to deceive us?

So far, we have:

@MakeYouHappy
@mykpin88
@MoneyMaker prince
@edwinliong
@TheJake

@vince_87

When shall we meet? This Saturday (27th Sept 2014) seems a little too quick or are you all ok? If not, how about next weekend (4th Oct 2014)? I guess we really need to be quick on this. And instead of just mingling in this forum, how about a Facebook group? Easier to coordinate if using that platform.

I have work in Weekend, is it possible we create a FB group first to gain the power?

Count me in too!

I bought a unit of Paragon which is under DIBS scheme. Recently, I received a letter from OSK to ask me pay the interest charged due to the late payment by my creditor bank, am I liable to the late payment by bank?

Im a buyer of solstice. I received a late interest letter by osk too. U need to check with the lawyer on whose mistake.. So far my lawyer gave me a chronology n told me the disbursement was late due to developer late payment of stamp duty causing the slow process of bank paying the developer. Ive scan a copy of chronology n emailed to developer admin dept but no news. If this is the case we will not be liable to pay developer becos of their own slow process.

thanks bro, currently I am still waiting the respond from Bank.

If the mall/commercial units done in 2018/19, a lot of residential unit owners will bear the loss in valuation and also face the difficult to rent out the units.
