I visited the show village, and most units left are duplex type.

Anyway, the sales exec told me that the utilities rate would be on commercial rate, and cannot be converted.
Is it true?

I would think that the Gallery is much more important than the hotels.

Further, the most exquisite architecture/facade in the overall masterplan are the hotel/office tower and the Gallery.
Without both, doesn't it look normal like other blocks of condos?

From their website, it doesn't seem like they would consider the hotel at all.

Actually street mall has already been part of the planning since 2012, on top of the Gallery. They called it Patio. I think it's part of the central landscape.

So more like they are removing the shopping mall entirely.
