The earlier promised hotel & office towers together with the shopping mall is the biggest selling point of this project.

If OSK decided to turn the hotel & office towers into residential then they just pull the rug out from under its owner. Black and white or not, it will certainly leave a bad taste in many people's mouth. There goes their reputation.

When shall we meet? This Saturday (27th Sept 2014) seems a little too quick or are you all ok? If not, how about next weekend (4th Oct 2014)? I guess we really need to be quick on this. I think Facebook group is a good idea since Pangaea doesn't have a buyer group yet. We need to gather as many owners of Paragon, Solstice, Eclipse as soon as we can to ensure our voice be heard.

It is the cheapest out of the three based on psf price. It was launch more than a year before Solstice and unlike Solstice and Eclipse it is not fully furnished.

Depends on which project. Those suffering maybe like the likes of Domain and probably Mirage (not sure though). Shaftesbury, D'Pulze, Serin are all doing pretty well.

Garden Plaza should do fine as they will have the LKW students to fill it up but it will probably need some time. Same thing with Pangaea as there are plenty of MMU students as well. Different story with Paragon as it is SOFO and we'll see how it goes as it has just VP. If OSKP didn't scrap the mall for Pangaea then I think it should do well in future. Those investors just need to make sure they have strong holding power. If not then... shakehead.gif
