The earlier promised hotel & office towers together with the shopping mall is the biggest selling point of this project.
If OSK decided to turn the hotel & office towers into residential then they just pull the rug out from under its owner. Black and white or not, it will certainly leave a bad taste in many people's mouth. There goes their reputation.

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Sep 23 2014, 03:53 PM) So far, we have: @wisdomtot @DrPitchard @MakeYouHappy @mykpin88 @MoneyMaker prince @edwinliong @TheJake @edwinliong @vince_87 When shall we meet? This Saturday (27th Sept 2014) seems a little too quick or are you all ok? If not, how about next weekend (4th Oct 2014)? I guess we really need to be quick on this. And instead of just mingling in this forum, how about a Facebook group? Easier to coordinate if using that platform. I think Facebook group is a good idea since Pangaea doesn't have a buyer group yet. We need to gather as many owners of Paragon, Solstice, Eclipse as soon as we can to ensure our voice be heard. QUOTE(wisdomtot @ Sep 24 2014, 12:30 PM) Imagine replacing hotel with another one thousand residential units. This will lead to gluts of units supply, price war for buyers-both rental and sub-sale. This has not even taken into account access road design to cater for peak hours etc. Though hotel may not add much value directly, but the drawbacks of being replaced by residential units far outweigh it. Well said.

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Oct 3 2014, 09:59 PM) Another dirty trick from OSK - last minute change of meeting venue to min the group of buyers that coming to complain. Lousy unethical developer! Yes. OSK is just a big disappointment now.

QUOTE(webby88 @ Nov 30 2014, 10:10 PM) The sofo block looks the best. Is the paragon the cheapest or most expensive being more iconic and lower density? It is the cheapest out of the three based on psf price. It was launch more than a year before Solstice and unlike Solstice and Eclipse it is not fully furnished.

QUOTE(Babizz @ Nov 12 2015, 09:46 AM) okayy.. why dnt u buy 1 3br duplex fr investment n post VP show me yr rental agreement.. i dnt have n dont want to have anything in cyber knowing hw my close friends suffer frm low rental n africano tenants.. Cyber landed maybe do OK but highrise, u think fr yrself la with existing supply n transacted rental Close friends aka hearsay or I'll take some bad example that I've heard or I'll spit out whatever I like from my a**. All these people who doesn't stay in Cyber sure pay a lot of attention and LOVE talking about Cyber which they hate. No life much? That's why there's the need to always trash talk about something so eagerly that it might bring satisfaction to their empty lives. Don't even know sh*t but still wanna pretend like expert. Simply pathetic. Going back to my ignore list again as I really have no wish reading all these bull crap spit out by ignorant people.

Depends on which project. Those suffering maybe like the likes of Domain and probably Mirage (not sure though). Shaftesbury, D'Pulze, Serin are all doing pretty well.

QUOTE(jinsailoo @ Nov 16 2015, 01:48 PM) last time i work in sibehfar, company provide hostel. we have around 100++ ppl , only half will stay in hostel. and during the weekend you will see a empty hostel. sibehfar really a boring city if you compare to other. my experience is in year 2012 2012? 2016 is starting soon in one and a half month. Stop living in the past. Things do change. I've been in Cyberjaya in 2012 as well, it was dead town then. But now? Yeah, so many ghosts walking around and driving around. So dead and scary!

QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Nov 16 2015, 11:55 AM) Its easy to spot those that already and are going to struggle in rental yield/subsale... The Domain studio, this Pangaea, Garden Plaza studio to some extent... Studio unit in cyber need to have some xfactor tu survive n thrive... Like dpulze, shaftsbury, the place shud be able to do decent... Garden Plaza should do fine as they will have the LKW students to fill it up but it will probably need some time. Same thing with Pangaea as there are plenty of MMU students as well. Different story with Paragon as it is SOFO and we'll see how it goes as it has just VP. If OSKP didn't scrap the mall for Pangaea then I think it should do well in future. Those investors just need to make sure they have strong holding power. If not then...
