The way I look at it is very simple - either you F them first before officially change the master plan or you being F by them later.

When shall we meet? This Saturday (27th Sept 2014) seems a little too quick or are you all ok? If not, how about next weekend (4th Oct 2014)? I guess we really need to be quick on this. And instead of just mingling in this forum, how about a Facebook group? Easier to coordinate if using that platform.

I think many buyers are not aware yet there is this plan by osk to replace the hotel with more residential units, and many may not be checking this forum regularly either. Any ideas how to reach these early phase buyers? I am thinking we comb all the pages in this forum, identify those who mentioned they are purchasers, and pm them so they will get an email notification. Silly idea? Anyone has other ideas?

Facebook sounds like a good idea. Let's target next weekend. It gives us more time to reach more buyers. I am pushing my SA to provide Osk person in charge whom we can direct our dissatisfactions.

I think Facebook group is a good idea since Pangaea doesn't have a buyer group yet. We need to gather as many owners of Paragon, Solstice, Eclipse as soon as we can to ensure our voice be heard.

I think if complaining at Pangaea official website + Pangeae FB can alert more buyers abt the change in plan.
From there ask those affected buyers to join your FB group to lodge a complain together.

Not to pour cold water here. Masterplan can be changed and clauses are sure there to protect developer. If developer has DO etc means all resources, cost and efforts all already put in. Developer wont back out. Your efforts likely ll b wasted. Masterplan is very common to hav it changed

Maybe we can also voice it in cyberjaya facebook ??
