The way I look at it, they are clearly getting rid of dev plans which require them to have long term ties e.g managing hotels operators and mall. By selling as retail, once sold, it becomes owners' responsibilities. Clearly their commitment to make this project successful is questionable. Solstice + paragon + eclipse if fully sold should have at least 1832 owner, enough to crush the whole OSK show room d la, but i wonder where are the peeps. I afraid they are still cover in the dark.

Was wonder if we are able to lodge a complaint to any authorities for breach of what they have promised initially when they are in selling Solstice.
Damn to the max.
However, was wonder what we can do, since there is no best legislated protection for home buyer in Malaysia, as developer can always change their master plan as they wish....

it is quite shocking to know how irresponsible a developer can be, despite being quite a reputable company. this is nothing short of lying to its buyers by great promises earlier while changing it later.
i wonder why did they want to embroil themselves in such PR disaster...

I am one of the buyer for solstice, count me in!! very disappointed, I bought it because of the concept and shopping mall, if master plan change, no shopping more, no attractive point for Pangaea project.

Went to their Sales Gallery today. The salesgirl told me the same story that OSK still "try" to maintain its original planned components. The "said Hotel" will relocate to the current Salas Gallery area. I told her that I bought the Duplex because of the Concept and the View. One thing for sure that they will not build the 'blue dome' or Gallery in future. We should gather as schedule and show our unity so as to make it clear that the buyers still have something to say.

I would think that the Gallery is much more important than the hotels. One would be more keen to stay in Pangaea if there's a shopping mall conveniently available few steps away. Hotel doesn't attract people to stay nearby.  Further, the most exquisite architecture/facade in the overall masterplan are the hotel/office tower and the Gallery.
