Yes design is too idealistic and futuristic. From architectural point of view…fantastical something diff from the conventional one but investment side…it’s not performing well as the holding powers of buyers is not there yet.

A close fam member is an owner there. The price and concept they’re selling are not materialise.

The prices for the recent Subsales and lelong are worrying. But on the other side, rental is doing quite well since it’s located near Tamarind and newly completed Hospital Cyberjaya.

I do hope it will get better. Hopefully OSK will complete the other phases (from what insider news I had, they will build but years to come).

Got legal cases which buyers sued the developer and it’s widely published few years back if I’m not mistaken for not being what was promised during their launch.

Factors including the property market during these time…many uncertainties and developer tried to change their plan of continue building serviced apartment instead of offices and malls.

I think as long as there's rental market, better keep rather than letting go (will incur loss). Dunno why people lelong though, the installment's not a lot right? An ex-colleague bought at the time, small size, not expensive

Yes. They have only launched and completed the first 3 phases. Latest is Eclipses.

The mall, office towers and a open air street like shopping complex not launched yet completed.

How did that happen? The whole project is not huge and it's been over 10 years.

10 years but still no progress and news from developer. It’s really frustrating and disappointing spending hard earned money and trust and in return getting this kind of response.

Yes agree with you Den. The population is still not there yet to fill in these shopping malls.

I also wonder why when there’s development and infrastructure upgrade in the area but population not coming in as expected. Hmm 🤔.

price looks attractive but i think the maintenance arrears exceeded 100k.

This unit finally sold off yesterday.
After 9th round of reauction.
Crazy.


Sold at 200K. Price got bid back up again.
Good catch? For 743sqft unit.
