There is no more "shopping mall". Now street mall is being touted as the 'mall'. Kepler taking over the hotel site. Hotel 'likely' (no black & white) taking over shopping mall site. The only thing confirmed is Kepler. Kepler and Eclipse likely sharing one access road, despite Eclipse being sold at premium price.

Actually street mall has already been part of the planning since 2012, on top of the Gallery. They called it Patio. I think it's part of the central landscape.

So more like they are removing the shopping mall entirely.

Yeah indeed, in order to safeguard our as home buyer interest, we should all voice our concern to OSK, as well as housing ministry. We cannot afford to keep silent, else those developer can just give us empty promise which will not materialize as they wish.

Imagine some of us spend our hard earned money to buy an unit in Pangaea, which I am believed that most of us bought it for its concept, without office block, hotel and shopping mall, Pangaea is nothing except ordinary condominium, but OSK charges us premium price for Pangaea for the concept, since they revoked all these features, we need to fight for our rights. Imagine without these features, Pangaea is nothing, and once all these previous hotel, office block turn into residential, especially studio, it will affect the ROI of our units. Therefore, to safeguard our interest, we need to fight till the end.....This is simply unethical and con us for sure......

Looks like they are advertising a lot on Keppler.I saw a big signboard nearby the showroom last Friday. This morning saw some banners around subang.

they advertise n market dam a lot.. see them advertising about Emira shah alam like nobody's business.. kepler also just started to advertise

I have also written in to Lim Kian Hock and cc to Chee Kok Keong (AGM). Waiting for their reply. I felt severly compromised beacuse what attracted me to Pangea is the futuristic facades design of the hotel and shopping mall and the greenery on the patio. Those are the main selling points and they are taking it off and replacing with a very common looking Kepler apartment. Also increasing competitions to Solstice and Eclipse making the returns less attractive. If the initial master plan does not include the hotels, shopping mall and patio mall but the Kepler, I wouldn't have bought Solstice and would rather invest others. Felt so cheated.

Why dont you book an appointment with management? To discuss further?
those big shot wont check mail and usually filter by their secretary.

Indeed, definitely we will request an appointment with the management, however, what I think is, the most important thing is, we will send out email (although higher chance for oversight), at least we have black and white 1st, once we can gather significant number of home buyers, then we only have power to bargain with OSK to request for a meeting.....
