Kinda think for investment this unit can go up in prices more on subsale market... But for rental Polly not so good...

Worrying attitude from reputable developer....with the price of their pigeonhole selling at such premium price n can just brush aside this issue....ill just wonder any bigger issue by owner in the future are thay gonna put up the same attitude?

the owners pays such a premium price for htis development and i think the least they could do is have good service and courtesy to their owners...issue such as referral fee not paid or delay for 1 or 2 years should not be such an issue. they are not selling cheap flat or low cost apartment...they are selling premium price for pigeonhole/shoebox development. they should appreciate their customer more. They should not have problem being kiamsap of sharing the miniscule referral fee with such expensive units pricing...

Retail there sure well supported cyberia smarthome n the arc very high density...tenant staying there shuld comeover to eat n shop...those place very near within walking distance..the spillover effect for commercial is pretty good.

Decent and should be rate bro. So newer unit with modern design rent for 2k an above...older unit like cyberia renting 1500-1800...

The rate stack up nicely...

Where got so early...condo buyers oso struggle to rent out currently...i really respect the domain studio or other studio buyers...the domain they jabe until 5 blocls u know...mk land mk.land... Really kill their own investor with their greediness...dunno how many thousand unit is there...

I have always believe studio is only viable only if the price sells lower than rm200k and the rental is leas than rm1k per month..perhaps rm800-900...then we can see such demand and rental blossoming...

As a newly married couple with no child our budget max oso such amount la if renting..

Those cyberia rentig out rooms still ok for singles worling or studying in cyber...

Next time have to check developer previous track record b4 investing in ther ambitious masterplan...sell studio to buyer pricee too damn arrogantly ambitious...tapi ambitious masterplan tak boleh deliver...paria punya developer...then buyer beli ur ambitious development ambitious pricing then ur ambitious turn out half baked buyer oso cant request slash 40-50% price...better report this case to ngo or any channel...
